  • 4 large Flour tortillas Burrito-size preferred
  • 2 cups Cooked chicken Shredded rotisserie chicken works
  • 1 cup Mozzarella cheese Shredded
  • ½ cup Sharp cheddar cheese Shredded
  • 4 oz Cream cheese Softened
  • 4 cloves Fresh garlic Minced
  • 3 tablespoon Butter Unsalted
  • ¼ cup Fresh parsley Chopped
  • ½ teaspoon Garlic powder For extra flavor
  • ½ teaspoon Onion powder Savory depth
  • ½ teaspoon Italian seasoning Herb blend
  • ½ teaspoon Salt To taste
  • ¼ teaspoon Black pepper Freshly ground
  • ¼ teaspoon Paprika For color
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil If needed

Method
 

  1. Shred cooked chicken into bite-sized pieces, remove skin and bones
  2. Combine cream cheese with minced garlic, garlic powder, onion powder
  3. Add shredded chicken to cream cheese mixture, stir until coated
  4. Add salt, pepper, Italian seasoning, paprika, mix well
  5. Combine mozzarella and cheddar cheese in separate bowl
  6. Melt butter in small pan, add garlic and parsley, cook 1 minute
  7. Spread chicken mixture down center of each tortilla
  8. Sprinkle cheese blend generously over chicken
  9. Fold sides, roll tightly from bottom to secure filling
  10. Brush outside of wraps with garlic butter mixture
  11. Cook in hot skillet 2-3 minutes per side until golden
  12. Let rest 2 minutes, slice in half and serve immediately
