Method
- Pour the dark coffee liqueur directly into a chilled serving glass to form the bottom layer.
- Add fresh ice carefully into the glass to support the upcoming liquid layers without splashing.
- Shake the vodka and cherry syrup with ice in a cocktail shaker until deeply chilled.
- Strain the pink cherry mixture slowly over the ice to build the second beautiful layer.
- Pour the Irish cream gently over the back of a metal spoon to float it evenly.
- Add the heavy cream using the exact same spoon method to create the final white top.
- Balance two maraschino cherries on the rim or the top ice cube to garnish the glass.
- Serve immediately while the drink is ice cold and the marble pattern is fully visible.
Notes
Pour the cream slowly over the back of a metal spoon to ensure the delicate layers remain beautifully distinct in the glass.
