  • 4 large Flour tortillas Burrito-size preferred
  • 2 cups Cooked chicken breast Shredded rotisserie works
  • 6 strips Bacon Cooked crispy and crumbled
  • cup Ranch dressing Your favorite brand
  • 1 cup Monterey Jack cheese Shredded
  • ½ cup Sharp cheddar cheese Shredded
  • 4 oz Cream cheese Softened
  • 2 stalks Green onions Chopped
  • 2 tablespoon Fresh chives For garnish
  • ½ teaspoon Garlic powder For seasoning
  • ½ teaspoon Onion powder Savory depth
  • ¼ teaspoon Paprika For color
  • ½ teaspoon Salt To taste
  • ¼ teaspoon Black pepper Freshly ground
  • 3 tablespoon Butter For golden exterior

Method
 

  1. Cook bacon until crispy, drain on paper towels, crumble when cool
  2. Season shredded chicken with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, pepper
  3. Combine cream cheese with ranch dressing until smooth
  4. Add seasoned chicken to ranch mixture, stir until coated
  5. Fold in crumbled bacon and chopped green onions
  6. Combine Monterey Jack and cheddar cheese in separate bowl
  7. Spread chicken mixture over half of each tortilla
  8. Sprinkle cheese blend over chicken mixture generously
  9. Fold tortilla in half, press gently to seal edges
  10. Brush outside with melted butter for golden color
  11. Cook in skillet 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown
  12. Let rest 2 minutes, cut into wedges, garnish with chives
