  • 2 cups Chocolate sandwich cookie crumbs Finely crushed
  • ½ cup Unsalted butter Melted
  • 24 oz Cream cheese Softened
  • 1 cup Powdered sugar Sifted
  • 8 oz Dark chocolate Melted and cooled
  • 1.5 cups Heavy whipping cream Cold
  • 2 tablespoon Orange zest Freshly grated
  • 2 tablespoon Orange juice Freshly squeezed

  • 1 Electric Hand Mixer For whipping cream
  • 1 Silicone Spatula For gentle folding

Method
 

  1. Mix the cookie crumbs and melted butter, press into an 8-inch springform pan, and chill for 20 minutes.
  2. Beat the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth and fluffy.
  3. Whisk the cold heavy cream in a separate bowl until stiff peaks form.
  4. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture using a spatula.
  5. Slowly fold in the melted chocolate, orange zest, and orange juice until no streaks remain.
  6. Pour over the crust and refrigerate for at least 6 hours (or overnight) until firm.

Notes

Ensure your heavy cream is very cold before whipping to achieve the necessary stiff peaks that give this no-bake cheesecake its structure.
