Method
 

  1. Pound chicken breasts to uniform ½ inch thickness between plastic wrap
  2. Season both sides with salt, pepper, and garlic powder, rest 10 minutes
  3. Arrange flour, beaten eggs, and panko in separate shallow dishes for breading
  4. Heat vegetable oil in large skillet over medium high heat to 350°F
  5. Coat chicken in flour, then eggs, then panko, pressing to adhere
  6. Cook breaded chicken 3 to 4 minutes per side until golden and 165°F internal
  7. Transfer to paper towel lined plate to remove excess oil
  8. Toast brioche buns until golden brown and warm
  9. Apply caesar dressing generously to both bun halves
  10. Place romaine on bottom bun, add hot chicken, sprinkle parmesan
  11. Add more lettuce if desired and crown with top bun
  12. Serve immediately with lemon wedges for extra brightness
