Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh strawberries washed, hulled, and chopped into small uniform cubes
  • 1.5 cups Greek yogurt strained and high-fat style for an exceptionally thick texture
  • ½ cup heavy whipping cream chilled completely before beating into stable peaks
  • 1 cup butter cookies crushed into textured crumbs for a crunchy base layer
  • 2 tablespoons powdered sugar sifted to sweeten the tangy yogurt cream smoothly
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla bean paste adds an intense fragrance and beautiful black specks

Equipment

  • 3 Clear Glass Cups To showcase the beautiful fruit and cream layers clearly
  • 1 Rolling Pin Used to crush the butter cookies inside a storage bag
  • 1 Electric Hand Mixer To whip the heavy cream into stable stiff peaks smoothly
  • 1 Silicone Spatula For folding the whipped cream gently into the yogurt base

Method

  1. Place the crunchy butter cookies inside a clean plastic bag and crush them evenly using a rolling pin until textured crumbs form completely.
  2. Divide the crushed biscuit crumbs equally into the bottoms of your clear serving glasses to create a uniform foundation layer.
  3. Whip the cold heavy cream inside a chilled glass bowl on high speed until stiff, stable peaks form cleanly on the beaters.
  4. Combine the thick Greek yogurt, sifted powdered sugar, and vanilla bean paste inside a separate mixing bowl until smooth.
  5. Fold the stiff whipped cream into the sweet yogurt base gently using a silicone spatula to maintain a light mousse texture.
  6. Spoon the vanilla dairy cream smoothly directly over the biscuit crumb layers, tapping the glasses gently to level the surface lines.
  7. Chop the fresh hulled strawberries into small uniform squares and pile the juicy fruit mountain-high across the white cream bands.
  8. Garnish each glass with a saved strawberry half and chill in the refrigerator for thirty minutes before serving frosty cold.
