Ingredients

  • 2 bags white tea high quality floral blend
  • 1 cup guava nectar chilled for best results
  • ½ cup lemonade freshly squeezed or store bought
  • 1 cup hot water roughly 175 degrees
  • ice cubes for serving

Equipment

  • 1 Glass Pitcher For mixing and serving
  • 1 Liquid Measuring Cup For precise ratios
  • 1 Kitchen Timer To track steeping time

Method

  1. Steep the white tea bags in hot water for three minutes to extract the floral flavor without bitterness.
  2. Whisk the cooled tea with the guava nectar and lemonade until the liquids are fully combined and pink.
  3. Fill glasses with large ice cubes and pour the tea mixture over them to chill the drink instantly.
  4. Serve immediately with a fresh lemon slice to add a bright citrus aroma to every tropical sip.

Notes

Steep the white tea in water that is hot but not boiling to prevent bitterness. Store the mixture without ice in the fridge for two days and stir well before serving as the nectar may settle.
