  • 3 cloves garlic minced finely
  • ¼ cup green onions chopped for garnish

Equipment

  • 1 Large skillet For browning and simmering
  • 1 Stockpot To boil wheat noodles
  • 1 Wooden Spatula To break up ground meat

Method

  1. Sauté minced garlic and fresh ginger in warm sesame oil to unlock the aromatic flavors without scorching them.
  2. Brown the ground pork thoroughly in the hot seasoned skillet until no pink bits remain to build a rich base.
  3. Simmer the whisked soy sauce liquid with the browned meat to create a dark, intensely savory coating sauce.
  4. Fold the boiled noodles and chopped green onions gently into the hot skillet until everything is uniformly glossy.

Notes

Toss the drained noodles with a touch of sesame oil immediately to prevent clumping. If the skillet sauce thickens too fast, adjust with a small splash of warm water.
