Ingredients
  

  • 4 cups Watermelon Seedless, cubed
  • 2 cups Pineapple Fresh, cubed
  • 1 cup Blueberries Fresh
  • 1 cup Strawberries Hulled and sliced
  • 2 tablespoon Fresh mint Finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoon Lime juice Freshly squeezed
  • 1 teaspoon Honey Or agave nectar

Equipment

  • 1 Large mixing bowl To toss the fruit salad
  • 1 Chef's Knife For clean fruit cubes
  • 1 Small whisk For the dressing

Method
 

  1. Cube the watermelon and pineapple into uniform bite-sized pieces and place in a large bowl.
  2. Wash the berries thoroughly and add them to the melon mixture, tossing gently.
  3. Whisk together the lime juice, honey, and chopped mint in a small glass.
  4. Pour the dressing over the fruit right before serving and toss lightly to coat.
  5. Garnish with extra mint leaves and serve immediately while cold.

Notes

Always add the dressing just before serving to prevent the fruit from releasing too much juice and becoming soggy.
