Ingredients

  • 15 Oreo cookies separated into wafers and cream
  • 3 tablespoon whole milk used to bind the cookie crumbs
  • 1 tablespoon heavy cream to smooth out the white filling

Equipment

  • 1 Rolling Pin For crushing cookies flat
  • 2 Plastic wrap To assist with clean rolling
  • 1 Chef's Knife To slice the chilled log cleanly

Method

  1. Separate the cream filling from the chocolate wafers into two distinct bowls using a butter knife.
  2. Crush the chocolate wafers inside a sealed plastic bag with a rolling pin into powder.
  3. Mix the crushed crumbs with whole milk until it forms a cohesive and pliable dough ball.
  4. Roll the chocolate dough flat between sheets of plastic wrap until it forms a neat rectangle.
  5. Whisk the heavy cream into the sweet cookie filling until the texture becomes easily spreadable.
  6. Spread the white cream filling evenly across the top surface of the flattened cookie dough.
  7. Roll the dough tightly inside the plastic wrap into a log to create internal spirals.
  8. Slice the chilled log using a sharp warm knife into clean bite-sized sushi rolls immediately.

Notes

Ensure the chocolate cookies are crushed into a fine powder to prevent the dough from cracking. If the dough feels crumbly while kneeling, add milk in tiny increments until smooth.
